Production process
The lower film and the film are first laid flat on the 68-meter production line, and the tractor at the end of the production line runs at a constant speed of 6 m/min. The resin is poured into the container from the iron drum, and then quantitatively extracted into the mixing container by the conveyor pump. Various additives (color paste, etc.) are added according to the resin dosage in proportion. After mixing evenly, the resin is pumped into the lower film of the production line at a uniform speed by the metering pump (generally 1.0 light plate thickness is controlled according to the customer's needs). , 1.2, 1.5, 2.0mm). The bottom film is used as the load-bearing film by the wire spreader, and is pulled by the tractor at the end of the production line. It runs at a speed of 6 m/min. At the production end, a certain proportion of resin and various additives are extracted by the metering pump from the storage tank and mixed evenly in the sealed vacuum of the mixing tank. After the matched material is input to the production end of the production line through a special device, the resin thickness is controlled, and the perfect vacuum pumping system is made through a wire spreader.
